2. Considering the office report dated 16.05.2025, it appears that Criminal Revision is maintainable against interlocutory and final order as passed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. Office categorically reported that the petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable in present case.

4. Considering aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing petition with liberty to raise all such issues

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23276 of 2025(3) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 through Cr. Revision before appropriate Bench. It is also prayed that office be directed to return the original Vakalatnama and other certified copies as to enable him to file the Cr. Revision, as earliest.

5. Considering aforesaid, office is directed to return the original Vakalatnama and other certified copies to learned counsel appearing for petitioner immediately, as to enable him to file Cr. Revision, as it earliest, in view of office report.

6. Considering aforesaid, the present quashing petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however with aforesaid liberties.
