This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 221 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of one Mukesh Jha, which suggests that this petitioner was also involved in killing of the deceased. Hence, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
