The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8 and 20(b)(ii) (c) of the NDPS Act.
As per the prosecution case, 500 kgs. of ganja was recovered from a truck owned by this petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his vehicle. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He was not caught at the place of occurrence and was not aware of any incriminating article / contraband being loaded on his truck. He is in custody since 12.9.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.
