2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 532 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 64, 77, 351(2) and (3) of the BNS and under Section 67(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing rape upon the informant.

4. The informant is a major and from the materials available on record, it appears to be a case of consensual relationship.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 532 of 2024.
