Perused the report dated 08.09.2016 send from the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Patna, it appears that the trial has not been concluded for a long time and now it is reported that several of the accused persons have evaded the process of the court for which proceedings under Section 82 of Cr.P.C have already been issued Considering the fact that there has already been sufficient delay, it is directed that the trial of the present petitioner and other accused persons, who were already in custody, be bifurcated and the same should proceed on day to day basis so that it is concluded positively within a period of nine months from today.
