Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 744 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the alleged motorcycle or the alleged liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
