The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 327, 332, 333, 307, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged by the informant that the accused persons including the petitioners and some unknown came, disturbed the informant in discharging official duty, confined the informant for three hours in his office and scattered the documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against mob and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Malakar has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11716 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.33136 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 3/3 above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
