JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(3) and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2023 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
