Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 376, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was married to Mukesh Yadav about five years ago and prior to 8-9 months of lodging of the case she was residing with the father. The petitioner with a view to get marriage took her to Delhi and established physical relationship.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim of her own went in the company of he petitioner and First Information Report has been filed with inordinate delay.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33789 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barhara (Ragubansh Nagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
