2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 106 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376,313,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4,6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a minor girl.

4. Learned cousnel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2023. The petitioner has accused in six more cases.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22952 of 2024( 2 ) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
