The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 dated 22.03.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR. The informant's motorcycle was taken away on gun point. Name of the petitioner has transpired only in the confession of a co-accused but there has not been any recovery from the possession of petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2018. After his involvement in the present case, he has been remanded in another case viz. Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 instituted for the offence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54523 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018.
