JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased but from perusal of the entire case diary, I find that not a single witness claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased. It is admitted case of the informant that on 3.3.2016, petitioner along with one Hira Lal Mukhiya had gone to his house and gave information regarding missing of deceased and on 5.3.2016, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a field. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly
