Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.128 of 2017, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and except the confessional statement made by the petitioner, there is no other material, there is also no recovery of any incriminating article subsequent to the confessional statement of the petitioner and was never put on TIP and has been in custody since 20.07.2017, except one case there is no other case against him Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57548 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2 /2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIth, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.128 of 2017 with conditions that one of the bailors must be the family member of the petitioner and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date before the trial court as and when required and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
