The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 7833 of 2021 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 522 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-villagers, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
