Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 187 of 2013/84 of 2018 arising out of Obra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013 registered under Sections 307 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)/A/26/27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case without any cogent materials. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2013.
