In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34, 307 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2021. Considering the period of custody, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021, subject to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19654 of 2022(4) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
