2. The present writ petition has been preferred: for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs, order or direction for quashing the Order dated 15.4.2015 passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra in B.L.D.R. Appeal No.142 of 2011 which is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13680 of 2015(5) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 contained in annexure-7 by which appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed and affirm the order of D.C.L.R., Saran, further prayer of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 12.8.2011 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sonepur in BLDR Case No.14 of 2010-11 which was filed by respondent no.6 was allowed with a direction to appoint Survey Knowing Advocate Commissioner and Measurement land as per sale deed of Khata No. 145, Plot No.26 and 33 which is contained in annexure-6 of the writ application.

3. On 21.10.2024, a Co-ordinate Bench took up the matter, prayer for adjournment was made. On 18.11.2025, same prayer made.

4. On 09.01.2025, when the Co-ordinate Bench took up the matter for the third time, there was no appearance.

5. Today is also the same situation, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
