This application for regular bail arises out of Parasi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020. It is alleged that the petitioner misappropriated Government money amounting to Rs. 4,23,400/-, which he had withdrawn as the incharge Headmaster of a Government School, for construction of school building.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that earlier also certain baseless allegations were made against him, which were examined departmentally and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19699 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 were found to be incorrect. He has further submitted that there is no chance of the petitioner avoiding the Court proceedings, if he is allowed regular bail by this Court.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, to the aforesaid extent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ashish Kumar Agnihoteri, J.M., 1st Class, Arwal in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.
