Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.3.2016. Accordingly, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.121 of 2016.
