1. Heard the parties.

2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 20th July, 2011 passed by Sri J.D. Goswami, the Hon'ble Member (Technical)/RCT/Patna Bench, in Claim Application No. OC 00417 of 2000.

3. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties are in agreement that present appeal stands squarely covered under a decision of this Bench dated 6th March, 2013 (composite order) passed in Miscellaneous Appeal Nos. 441, 443, 444, 445, 446, 447 and 448 all of year 2011.
