The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1771 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of cheating the complainant of Rs. 1,50,000/- for helping him out to purchase a car. Perusal of the order passed by the Court below manifests that a receipt stated to have been granted by this petitioner forms part of the complaint petition.

In the circumstances this Court is not persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer of the petitioner and this application is dismissed. The petitioner may appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits without being prejudiced by the order passed herein.
