The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner, in this writ petition, seeks direction upon the respondents to revise and pay the differential amount of DCR- Gratuity of the petitioner in terms of resolution dated 27.05.2013 of Finance Department after coming into effect of 6th pay revision w.e.f. 01.04.2007. The petitioner further seeks direction to revise the pension, DCR- Gratuity and Leave Encashment of the petitioner in terms of resolution dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.5460 of 2019(4) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 12.05.2016 of the Finance Department by fixing the grade pay and further for a direction to grant 1st and 2nd A.C.P. and pay arrears with statutory interest.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 to 4 has been filed. By referring to Annexure- B & C to the counter affidavit, the respondents made statement in paragraph 5 and 6 that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the order for payment has also been issued.

Having considered the facts that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner has got any grievance, the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Executive Engineer, respondent No.4, who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
