The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and her husband and two sons due to which they sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19768 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 separate occurrence. He further submits that the injuries were found to be lacerated to each three persons. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
