====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sarai P.S. Case No. 114/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information, police party reached at the place of occurrence and found six persons had come to sell the motorcycles. They could not produce the relevant papers with regard to motorcycles. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that those motorcycles were genuine and the persons were having relevant papers for the same. It is further submitted that this petitioner was found sitting on the motorcycle, which belonged to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55798 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Rana Kumar. Co-accused Ram Pravesh Ram is own brother of aforesaid Rana Kumar. Aforesaid motorcycle was purchased by Rana Kumar from Khusbu Sinha. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XIIIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 114/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
