The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 313, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusations torture and making assault for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19742 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner lives separately from the informant and she has no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
