Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is named in the first information report along with Dhani Rai Maraiya @ Rajendra Maraiya but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and two other FIR named accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused, Dhani Rai Maraiya @ Rajendra Maraiya having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
