2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 29.10.2024 at about 5 PM, while informant and his brother were returning home, the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners surrounded them and started assaulting them. Petitioner no.1 and co-accused Divyanshu Kumar inflicted knife on the head of informant, whereas, petitioner no. 2 & 3 and co-accused Rakesh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18148 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 Kumar Singh assaulted brother of informant with knife and other co-accused persons assaulted them with lathi & danda.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per injury reports, the injuries, sustained by informant and his brother, are simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
