1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the interregnum period, hence he does not wish to press the present writ petition.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents no.9 to 13 seeks liberty on behalf of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17252 of 2014(7) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 them to agitate their subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
