2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted informant's son and daughter by means of Khanti and iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury. Both parties are Gotiyas and for partition of ancestral property, Title Suit No. 855/2023 is pending in the court of learned Munsif 2nd, Bhojpur at Ara. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent and the fact that title suit is already pending between the parties, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 9 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
