The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Chowkidar is the informant of the case, who lodged the F.I.R. after recovery of the dead body of a beheaded woman. During course of investigation, it has come that the brother of the petitioner was the paramour of the deceased. Except the said suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34061 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015.
