The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 427/436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused Ram Nath Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.22209 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18080 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No.1 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
