JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 181, 193, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was working as advocate clerk at the relevant time and the accusation against him is that he committed forgery in judicial records. The present case was lodged at the direction of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the State points out that the present case is not a single instance rather petitioner has been made accused in four cases of similar nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33631 of 2016 (9) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 332 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible even taking the trial of the petitioner on day to day basis. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
