The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the nineteen named accused persons including the three petitioners herein as also 50-60 other accused persons are stated to have come variously armed with lathi, sword etc., having abused the informant and others and as a result of assault by them, the grandfather of the informant was injured and on being taken to the hospital, died.

The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. A number of co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the learned court below itself. The petitioners are in custody since 2.2.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations together with the petitioners having remained in custody for more than 10 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the three petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case no.605 of 2018 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
