The petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2021. Vide order dated 20.04.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received, which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is at the stage of prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
