This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Navinagar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner, who is the owner of the motorcycle had run away after leaving the motorcycle from which liquor was recovered.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19478 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
