The following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner have been claimed in the writ petition- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice issued by Additional Collector, Bhagalpur in respect of Jamabani (Cancellation) Case No. 138/2019-20 to the petitioner vide D.B. No. 75 dated 03.02.2020 for his appearance along with evidences in respect of Plot Nos.380, 506 and 507 of Khata No.288.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6186 of 2020 dt.23-11-2021 2/2 disturb the petitioner so far as his lands of Plot Nos.380, 506 and 507 are concerned by any manner and the Jamabandi Cancellation Case filed by Devanand Singh and others be heard as early as possible by holding not maintainable.

(iii) For holding and declaration that Jamabandi No.752/1273 running in the name of Ganauri Mistri, petitioner with respect to the lands of Plot Nos. 380, 506 and 507 has not been created in violation of any executive instruction issued in this behalf so question of its cancellation does not arise.

(iv) And/or pass such other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that the grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed in terms of the order dated 16.09.2020 passed by the Additional Collector, Bhagalpur, a photocopy of which has been furnished in Court and is placed on record. It is therefore, submitted that the present writ application need not be pursued.

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
