The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2018 in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 624 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2018.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the instant case registered under Section 304/34 of the I.P.C., let the petitioner named above to be released on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
