This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madhepura P.S. Case No.1037 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Though the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased but the charge-sheet has been submitted under section 108/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 i.e. for committing suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2024. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20149 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.1037 of 2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
