JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 It will be prudent for the University to hold the examination of the students of the L.L.B. batch in accordance with previous scheme i.e. holding examination at the end of every year. Now that they have adopted the Semester system it will be unfair for the batch of old students to make them take examination with the new batches.

In view of the stand taken by the respondents University in paras-6 and 7, quick decision ought to be taken in the light of the observation of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, writ application is disposed of.
