The petitioner seeks bail in Sakri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 2612.52 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from two pick-up van and this petitioner is owner of one of the pickup van. It is submitted that though petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that he is owner of one of the vehicles in question, but as a matter of fact, petitioner is not the owner of any of the vehicles seized in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as
