The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case no. 138 of 2014 registered under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused Vigan Sahni and others are said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with intent to perform marriage with her and to sell her out. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent. He has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is not named in the F.I.R. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also not named the petitioner in the occurrence.
