Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 384 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner is named but having similar allegation, co-accused Sanjiv Choudhary and Rajiv Choudhary have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sujeet Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nawada. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
