2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence under Section 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, when informant, namely, Ram Naresh Singh went to his house after withdrawal of Rs.1,00,000/- cash from the State Bank of India then suddenly two miscreants came over the motorcycle and snatched his bag containing Rs.1,00,000/- cash, cheque book, pass-book and one mobile phone with Jio sim and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and name of the petitioner has been transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Pintu Kumar. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Pitu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar and Ram Kumar Yadav@ Aman Kumar has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17801 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. 55887 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023 and in Cr. Misc. 1109 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2024 and has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering all aspects of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that petitioner is not named in the FIR and similarly situated coaccused persons, namely, Pitu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar and Ram Kumar Yadav @ Aman Kumar has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. 55887 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023 and in Cr. Misc. 1109 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
