JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner took an L.T.IS-I Electric connection for running 'Atta-Chakki'.

The petitioner submits that the respondents vide bill dated 11.06.2015 has wrongly raised a bill of Rs.93,808/-. Counsel for the Power Distribution Company submits that the petitioner should first approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for redressal of his grievance. I find substance in the submission of the Power District Company. I am too of the view of the respondents that the petitioner would move the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum

Patna High Court CWJC No.10798 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2 / 2 with respect to enhancement of bill.

In this view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum within a period of four weeks from today. On deposit of a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand), the electric line would be restored temporarily for a period of four weeks. Thereafter it will be open for the petitioner to make any interim prayer before the learned Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for the same.

This application stands disposed of.
