The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 302 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of murder of the daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR but during course of investigation, the name of the petitioner came into light. He further submits that there is no consistent material to prove the participation of the petitioner in the alleged

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that during investigation, the name of the petitioner came into light. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
