The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad Rail PS Case No. 24 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case was registered against 10-15 unknown persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2018 and co-accused, namely, Sushank Shekhar Dev @ Shashank Shekhar Dev has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 41300 of 2018 vide order order 20.08.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal
