After some arguments, Mr. Sumeet Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file objection petition under Section 9 before the Certificate Officer.

Should such a petition be filed within a period of thirty days, the same shall be entertained and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8147 of 2019(2) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 disposed off in accordance with law.

Till the disposal of the petition, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

In case no such petition is filed within the stipulated time frame, the Certificate Officer would be perfectly within his jurisdiction to initiate process against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
