Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been from the joint house and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018.
