JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14855 of 2021. As per conditions of that order the petitioner was to surrender before the court below within four weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a poor laborer and he was out of station and it was the reason that he could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period. He also undertakes to remove all the defects within two weeks from today.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20636 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 circumstances, the time limit of four weeks to surrender before the court below granted vide order dated 13.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14855 of 2021 is extended for two weeks from today. With these observations, the modification petition is allowed.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U
