The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 dated 17.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act. One country made rifle but without any cartridge is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2017. Regard being had to the fact that petitioner does not have criminal antecedent and the period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
